I bought a vodafone(then converter to IDEA) sim few years back. It had lifelong validity but suddenly I received a message which read that validity of outgoing calls on my IDEA are going to get expired on 13TH December even when I had balance in my sim. Please, file my complaint against IDEA company . They are harassing their customers by forcing them to recharge with an all rounded or unlimited pack even when they don’t require it.
Please kindly do justice to all consumers like me who suffered.
