Dear Sir,
I was applied for 2 credit cards which is Axis bank provided Vistara on 19th Feb-2022, One Card received on 23rd April and using with out any devotion, Other Card also delivered may 5th but still date not received due to I’m working Other state, card delivered to Varalu (She is My apartment watchman Wife she will drop in front of my home letter box) without card activated they will generate statement and charged late fee also…1 How the generate bill without my confirmation( card activation) 2, how they will charge without any transition of card usage.
still i asked to customer care person to remove late fee and ex… I will pay joining fee but they are not agree to canceled my card / regenerate statement.
