23/8/2022 Case #17559818,#17826025, #17825841,#17666771, Correspondence, For past 4 years, I received my royalty payments. No issues! All of a sudden, my payments are now on HOLD. The only explanation I get is that my bank is not valid. I know this was not true and started to ask question only to be advised i must delete the current account and redo it all again. I have updated all my information which is exactly correct at least 8times . My bank name, address, branch number, etc. nothing has changed. The bank is valid; Why when it was working great, did someone have to tamper with it. They keep expecting me to change something that doesn’t need changing and continued to send me the same email but with different support workers. I made the changes sent several screen shots as evidence to show changes and still not help, they even asked me to set up a fake account after ive deleted my account, such as
“You will need to enter and save the banking account with an “incorrect” account
number, such as Account number: 99999999999999999 and your Routing number, Name
of bank: TEST BANK, save this information by scrolling to the bottom of the
page, and then once you see “save successful”, you can delete the incorrect
information using the instructions below and reenter the correct banking
details, I started to become concerned. This issue has been created on their end. I have had 10 people send me emails advising me the same message, here are the names, Zulpha, The Kindle Direct Publishing team, Olman Fabian, Ravindra Singh, Abigail, POONAM, Aakanksha (supposed supervisor), Ravi, another supervisor in Amazon, Nivi another the Supervisors, Jurol a KDP Supervisor and Harm, This is quite unacceptable. I hope someone can shed some light. Its not right that my royalties are being withheld
