i have been fined Rs 118/ for late payment. I have contacted customer care by phone & requested to remove the fine. Customer care person (lady) informed that they taken action to withdraw the fine but not withdrawn till now. That is why I have not paid.
I have fed up with air Tel due to
1. Very difficult to get connected to customer care representative at any time. Total waste of time with computer response.
2.Not sticking to the assurance given through phone.Most unreliable.
3.Due to corona effect as I am aged I am not going out & ur Airtel office Ian not aware whether it is opened due to Govt orders on corona issue.
I request to withdraw the fine as promised I will pay.pl confirm.
pl open a seperete number to your customer care supervisor to avoid difficulty by the Customers.pl give immediate return email response.
