Good afternoon sir I am Pappu Choudhary from Coimbatore India
I have a 05 years and 05 months old number Airtel no 8137011867.
My plan has been expired on 02 APR 20 and I have tried to recharge through other people but couldn’t succeed.(screen shot attached)
The company have been stopped the all services incoming/outgoing, SMS and OTP . I have a call record of airtel customer service where the are talking about that your services have been expired and all facilities have been stopped.
I am not worry about free services but why airtel company have been announced on 30 APR 20 that all services will be continue till 17 APR 20
