I did online purchase from Total Shopping Kart for Sony wireless bluetooth speaker with airpods pro combo on 15th May 2020 through facebook portal for Rs.999/-, for which I received order confirmation from them that my order no. TSK2192 has been confirmed and will receive email on my registered e mail address. I received the parcel today and found out that the speaker was unbranded and substandard quality. I did not receive any airpods alongwith the parcel received. When I tried to contact the number found out that they had given bogus Phone number. When I sent mail to the mail address given by them on the box in which the parcel came,I got failure message that email address is not valid.
Please look into the same on priority,as there may be many like me who would be tempted by the offer they give on such platform by these cheats.
