On 15th Nov, I ordered this item on “cash on delivery”. I had no idea that I will be getting a defective piece and there was nothing mentioned as made in China, the booklet I got was written in Chinese. I want to return and refund according to their policy but it’s not possible since they don’t pick up their customer service phone number and don’t give a reply back on email. It’s my request to please stop these fraudulent activities that we consumers are facing. Since I did COD, I don’t know how to get my charge back. It was for 999INR. HELP!!!
