Sir,
Respectfully, I am Bikash Panda, District Court, Bargarh (Odisha), I have booked one wireless car vacuum cleaner from local website eezeeshop.shop on 29th May 2023. On 30th May, I emailed livesmaart@gmail.com & many times call to this phone number 7001151466 for returning the product & refund. On 31st May, I received one phone call number is 6290687562 (Vipin Gupta) from eezeeshop and told me follow the instruction to get refund immediately & accordingly I followed but no refund till now & no return the product as their have some policy 7 days return & refund policy. while I was following his instructions, one different website link was showing this time & I was filled by his instructions. One MPIN option was shown & he told me filled your MPIN. I strictly object him this is your fraud website link. He again told me if you do not put your MPIN it will rejected & no refund amount. By his instruction, he forcefully entered MPIN after that 2 days later, my account is nil Rs. 49,999/- rupees only was debited and I am shocked. Never ever seen before my life. I immediately blocked my MPIN & lodged FIR nearest police station as well as Cyber Crime department number 1930. After verified all details, Help Desk Cyber Crime department is given one A/c- number 158709726620 is having IndusInd Bank, Jharkhand & credited this amount Rs. 49,999/- in the above A/C- number on 2nd June 2023. Further, I rashly moved to the local police station for acknowledge to the IIC, Town PS, Bargarh (Odisha) and accordingly the IIC and other police staff with me have gone to the nearest IndusInd Bank immediately. IndusInd bank, Bargarh manager has checked above mentioned account number & it is genuinely credited Rs. 49,999/- . The IIC, Town PS, Bargarh strictly instruct the Branch Manager to immediate freeze his A/C. number. The IndusInd Bank manager has refused. No steps taken into this case till now.
I, therefore, request that this is my grievances with my folded hand to take immediate necessary steps to resolve this cyber crime case & get back my money in my account and obliged.
