Sir, on 27th Dec I got a call that I am selected for a data entry job and I have to complete 370 forms in 4 days with 90% accuracy. For this they have sent me a 100/- stamp paper agreement and asked me to upload my photo, aadhar card and images of your signature. I have followed the same. They forwarded me the logging ID and I created the password through their link which they provided.
I have submitted my task on time and today on 31st Dec they have send me the report card saying that I haven’t met the required accuracy and asked me to give them Rs. 20,000. And after few minutes they sent me a F.I.R copy from Jamnagar District Court stating the following
This Is FIR Copy Registered Against You At SD Road Police Station. You Are Being
Informed That You Need To Be Present At Junagadh At 04-Jan-2022 At 11:00AM. Kindly
Make Arrangement Of INR 78560/- To Deposit In Court. In-case You Do Not Deposit The
Amount In Court, Court Reserved Right To Seize The Belonging Property With 2 Years Of
Imprisonment. Court Does Not Permit You Or Company To Appeal For Case Cancellation
Without Recovering The Amount Of 78560/-. Case Will Not Be Cancelled By Recovering
Registration Charges Written In Agreement. Company Does Not Reserve Any Authority To
Collect Registration Charges Of The Project As Legal Proceedings Has Been Sent At District
Court. Court Trial Date And Court Address Will Be Sent At Registered Address Received
From Government ID.

I sincerely request you take action against this fraud company as they are harassing me mentally and financially. My exams are coming but due to this I am really feeling disturbed. I am in a great need of your attention towards this case.
