This gamer states instant payment and I’ve been playing for weeks with no payment on my winnings

I also have been playing this app for some time.( Firey Habanero Reels ) Same as complaint listed above. I have 13 payouts sitting in que. Sadly I do like the game, but payout, does not seem to be an option, even after meeting payout approvals. 1. must reach cash out limit, 1,000 2. spin an extra 150 times 3. watch an extra 20 ads 4. wait 6days 5. then you are put on a waiting list of ppl. before you, waiting to cash out complete. well.. nothing.
Did the payout come at last or not .
