I started playing MPL about a week ago and have had nothing but issues. I entered an 8 ball tournament which guaranteed prize money to 1st and 2nd place, well I proceed to the finals and submit my score. My opponent however fails to submit a score within the timeframe allowed and I was not compensated whatsoever. This happens once again and again no compensation
