I won rs 62000/- when i put with drawal request on 14th sept 23 they asked documents for verification purpose. I sent all the required documents and they says you are having multiple accounts and your account has been blocked but iam maintaining only one account.and I asked show me the other account details.but they didn’t show any account details. They only say you’re having multiple accounts and your account has been blocked . Please solve this issue soon sir.
