They are not giving withdrawal and blocked accounts

Winmatch fraud don’t waste your hard earned money..small people’s looting money
Attention all users: Beware of Winmatch.com’s deceitful practices!
I recently joined Winmatch.com casino and made an initial deposit of INR 28,000 on 4th January 2024. During my gameplay, I managed to win a total of INR 90,000.
However, my withdrawal request has not been processed, and despite numerous attempts to contact their customer support, I have been continuously told to wait for 5 to 7 working days due to extended verification procedures. Shockingly, it has been 45 days, and I am yet to receive my rightful winnings.
Over the past 10 days, I’ve made persistent follow-ups with their customer care, only to be given the same response of waiting for another 5 to 7 days every time I call. This delay tactic has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering the substantial deposit I made in good faith.
Moreover, they have not only blocked my gaming ID but also restricted communication channels like WhatsApp, hindering my attempts to seek clarification or resolution regarding my withdrawal.
It has also come to my attention that the email address provided for support, support@winmatch.com, appears to be fake, contributing to the deception.
To add to the distress, I’ve encountered difficulties contacting their toll-free customer care multiple times using the same number, as they block it upon inquiries about my withdrawal. Consequently, I am forced to call using different numbers each time.
This unacceptable behavior has left me, along with other users, stranded without the resolution we deserve. It’s evident that Winmatch.com is intentionally stalling and causing inconvenience to trusting users who have made substantial deposits.
I urge everyone to be cautious and vigilant before engaging with Winmatch.com. Spread the word to prevent others from falling into the same trap!
It’s high time to stand together against these deceptive practices and demand transparency and fairness.
