I booked ticket from www.varafi.com and was informed the ticket was never booked. While the payment was successfully deducted through my UPI account, the merchant is not processing refund citing they have not received the money in their account

same is with me , i also booked my ticket from this website after few days from booking a ticket the company call me and said that my PNR is aborted so my boked ticket is cancelled and my amount will refund in 2 to 3 days but its i[now more then a month i dont get back my refund till date..
