Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to inform you that our air conditioner isn’t working. On complaint, technician came and told that compressor does not work but the problem has not been resolved yet.Also Company did response to our product. Even after repeated calls, he is just saying that problem will be solved in 24 hours, but nothing has been done so far. I request you to please look into the matter personally because it’s been a long time no response came from their side.
