Text of Complaint by Bijal shah:

Actually i ordered heels of mast&harbour. Which was delivered to me on 14th of June. But due to colour difference i wished to return it within the return policy period which is of 10 days, later on i placed the return order but delevery persons didn’t come to receive the product. So i contacted customer excutive multiple times they kept on giving me new dates of pick up but it was never successful. I was getting messages saying it got rejected due to certain reasons, again i had to place the return order and again the reply is same. I am really not sure as to what kind of accountability is this from the side of Flipkart hence i wish to raise a complaint again them to ensure that they indemnify the loss made to me and kindly request them to do the needful as their executives are useless and doesnt have power to initiate a solution for the same nor they are allowing us to talk to their superiors hence i would like to raise a complaint regarding the same and to take necessary actions against Flipkart. I would not mind sending them legal notice of this does not work out.
