Text of Complaint by Debashis Ghosh:

Dear sir/ madam,
I have taken a bike loan from TVS credit NBFC. My loan agreement number is: WB3078TW0073319

After taking loan they didn’t give me my loan card. After taking 2EMIs they had sent me the loan card.
But when I checked my loan card, I saw the loan amount has increased and insurance papers were missing. So I again called and emailed them regarding my loan amount and insurance copies but they said, you have no insurance that’s why you will not get insurance copies and for changing the loan amount, you need bring invoice copy or else contact your agent.
As per their instructions, I called the agent about this. He told me that he will talk to them about my loan amount as well as about my insurance copies. Since they had taken money for insurance then I didn’t understand why they denied to give me insurance copies.
However few days later I again called the agent to know whether he has talked with them or not. He said, yes.
Therefore I thought now I can give them call but unfortunately they said the same, your bike cost of TVs sport is 74,000 and your downpayment is 16,000 and 25,00 ( insurance+ gst+ processing fees) hence the loan amount is 59,999. But the bike cost is below 59,000 then how can my loan amount will be 59,899. Then they said me to bring invoice again. So I was refused to change the loan amount. Purposely they have done this even denied to give me tys insurance copies too.
After 1year 3 months, they sent me the insurance copies: 1) medical insurance and 2) accidental insurance. When I received these insurance copies , there are clearly written that if I lost my job, insurance company will give 3 months EMIs and will sponsore the treatment cost.
However I couldn’t able to avail these facilities as I had lost my job on Jan, 2020 and for some major issue I had to admit in hospital and had to bear my own savings.
On october, I again emailed them and said everything along with invoice copy to change my loan amount but unfortunately they haven’t given me the insurance amount and not change the loan amount.
So I’m basically helpless, please help me because they are doing cheating in day light.
