Dear Sir,
I am using two numbers 9601283381, 7227011394 of Airtel since more than ten and five years, respectively. Now I wish to Port My aforesaid numbers to BSNL and thus, submitted dully filled Portability Form to BSNL office Navsari on 05-04-2019 with UPC code sent by operator. They supplied me two new SIM for both the numbers and started the Portability process. I received a message stating, “Your Port in request for Mobile Number 9601283381 has been rejected by your service provider as you have been on their network for less than 90 days-BSNL.
Dear, Sir, it is very surprising reply when a customer is on their network since long and thus, it appears that it is willful rejection of Airtel to force the customer not to use the provisions and options provided by TRAI for the customers and clear-cut abolition of TRAI rules and regulations stated in Customer Guide available at https://main.trai.gov.in/sites/default/files/Customer_Guide.pdf and attached herewith for your ready reference.
Sir, its my humble request to please look into the matter and respond accordingly to protect the customer interest in particular and TRAI regulations in general.
