I was told that my shipping was reimbursed but was not. I am told that it’s my banks fault. My bank is telling me they did not send anything.
I was told to wait till Friday, April 9th (today) and then they would correct the issue I still had not received payment. Then just got bounced around from customer service agent to agent.
