I would like to bring to your notice that my vpn wifi internet speed is still very slow and iam unable to work on my laptop because of this very slow vpn internet connectivity.Many service request where raised even after there is no kind of resolution or fix that has been provided from jio team because of which my work and daily BAU Aare getting impacted very badly.I have raised in customer support,wrote many emails,posted tweets but no proper initiative or resolution was provided from team jio need your interference in fixing my intermittent vpn Disconnection issue.
