I have installed new wifi if connect in the month of September 2020. I have been facing regular issues with speed and have logged many complaints. My issues were not resolved after complaints. I paid extra for the services I did not even use. After the complete payment I was promised the speed of 12mbps and continous working of Wifi. Again it stopped and I logged a complaint about it. Have received no response. I have paid extra for 8-10 days when my Wifi was not evening working at all. The other 20days of the month the speed of the wifi was 4mbps. Please help.
