I have started using tikona from September 2020.
I have a plan of 25 mpbs. From the month of march 2021 they are giving me a speed of 0.2 mbps to 7 mpbs.
I have raised a complaint many times to their helpline number and also via email infact their executive visited my place but the issue is not resolved.
I have paid till the month of may 2021.
I asked them if u are unable to resolve my issue provide me my refund or else solve the issue but they are not doing either.
My work is getting hampered
I m mentally tortured by tikona service during this difficult time of covid 19 as there service is not allowing me to work from home as well.
