I’m user of comway broadband on near about 28 december 2025 I’ve requested customer care to close my broadband connection and pickup their device and refund the deposit amount but after lots of issues device was picked up on 28 december 2025 and from that day everyday I call to customer care and ask for refund care people doesn’t provide any details but just said to wait for call back also requesting 10 times call back I’ve received 2-3 times call back from care where they say just wait for 2 days your refund will be credited but no solution provided to me till date i.e 10 jan 2026 Kindly please help me in this situation
