My wifi is not working from last 10 days and i have been complaining for the same since 10 days. Your customer service people gives me assurance every single day that my problem will be resolved by today and i won’t need to call again. Am i stupid to call everyday and you people not doing anything. Now you can note it down very cleraly that i won’t pay the bill for this month. Why would i pay the bill for free when i am unable to use wifi. If tommorow my wifi won’t start working i am assuring you this thing.
