Complaint raised on Sunday morning, 25 September 2022. No one has even called to check. It remains unresolved. I have made more than 10 calls to customer care. They say it will be resolved within 24 hrs but no one has even come to check it. This is the second such instance. I still pay for 30 days of internet use at the end of the month–this is not ethical.
