Sir, every month I have to complain about WiFi regarding.That my wifi is not working.And these people tell me that Sir, I have taken your complaint. Will be operational in 24 hours to 48 hours. Its technician calls. He doesn’t even come to me, calls me and says what?Sir, I have reviewed your model from here. Yours will be fine. Don’t take tension. You will never have any problems again.Then this problem is seen after 2 days.Then I call the call center. I complain again. Then again a time of 24 to 48 hours was given to talk.I am very upset by this and I want to file a defamation case.Because of all this I am very stressed.People give me 2-3 days leave in the billing and say that I will not make the same mistake again.Now I don’t have to pay even ₹1 for this month and I have to close a connection. Sir, I want my refund back.
