Sir,

I recently purchased your brodband connection at dibiyapur Dist Auraiya state Uttar Pradesh pin 206244 for 6 months of rs 3000 approx .

The connection always remains out of service and airtle keeps on sending message that

Service Update- We’re still working to resolve the technical issues. You can expect your Airtel Xstream Fiber services to resume by 06/07/23 08:05 PM. We thank you for your patience.

But it never resumed yet.

I want my money back or compensation of the days where your connection has not worked.
