Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Abhishek Sharma and I am using Airtel broadband service from almost a year. I am getting no connection from last 5 days and it’s been 10 times till now I have registered the complaint but no one responds with a solution. Every agent on call gives me the same rebuttals as it will be fixed within the 4-6 hours and finishes up the call. I haven’t received any conclusion now. I pay my bills on time but I don’t think Airtel is interested to fix my internet anymore. I request you to plz look into this case and get me a solution please. I will be really appreciate.
