Hi There,
I raised the complaint regarding my Wi-Fi connection day before yesterday and they asked me to wait for 4 hours, but it’s been more than 40 hours my Wi-Fi is still not working, I am facing the same situation. I tried calling customer support yesterday more than 10 times, but they have not given me any satisfactory answer and the issue was still not resolved. Also, they close the ticket saying that the issue was fixed, but the issue was not fixed and they give the reason that they tried calling me but my mobile was not reachable. I am 100% sure this was the fake reason that they gave, my mobile doesn’t for even a second go out of network. They are not doing anything and not resolving the issue and I haven’t received any call back from any technical member a single time. I am fed up now calling again and again. My Service Request no. 10045453561. Kindly look into this and resolve the issue ASAP
