We have contacted airtel and have taken the plan of Rs. 1999, but they have only set up the DTH Connection and they have given us 3 Mobile Sims. We have been making calls since 29th June 2021 and they have not solved our problem. They have also taken the installation fees Rs.540 but still they have not set up the wifi. Strict action must be taken against them.
