I’m living in a larger community call SBIOA Unity Enclave in Mambakkam, TN-600127. We have an issue with Jio internet connectivity frequently, which extends more than 24 hours sometime couple of days. We have raised complaints through the ap,p which takes longer period than expected. Our community has a large number of working professionals doing work from home,, depending on the internet provider. This is being the case every month atlease one or 2 days of similar issue. Please escalate this case with the provider to provide a fix asap when ever there is an outage or fix the frequest outage issue.
