Text of Complaint by Harish Kumar A:

On 05.10.2021, I registered in Airtel X stream fiber connection for Plan ₹799 per month and a payment for ₹2829 has been made and the electrician had come to install it. But there was a problem regarding the power connection to the router and they said they’d fix the problem the day itself. But they didn’t and at night they told me that they’d fix it by today (06.10.2021) morning around 7 o clock but it’s almost 12 in the noon and they still haven’t fixed the issue. I tried contacting them several times and they told the same thing over and over again that there was a problem with the optic wire and they’d fix it , the same thing they’d been saying for two days straight. When I tried contacting them again, they’d not even pick up the phone. This is very unethical and frustrating because I have no active data plans in my mobile and I need WiFi for my work from home. I trusted that airtel would be the perfect network for my job but at times like these it’s been proven wrong. I would like to get a refund for the payment I had made as soon as possible and I would like the router and other connections to be removed from my home. Please take actions against these so that it won’t take again atleast to someone else
