In the recent lockdown period, the time when our shop was not open. The internet broadband connection of our shop remained unused.
One day, say it; 1 and a half month ago, a customer care person(girl) called and advertised the schemes of the network. For data plans and speed.
I asked her to cut my internet connection as soon as it could be done. Because of the reason above. Shop wasn’t open, and the internet remained unused.
She did it right away I remember as she might be using her desk.
Now I don’t know why the internet broadband connection was not been stopped at the very moment on the call actually. It billed all the time along. And even the network’s customer care people use to call and were giving continues updates for bill.
I’ve been there customer since very long. And have also payed my bill before the due dates. I am still using the same network’s SIM card as my personal number also, and that too since very long. Now they just keep on calling me and disturb me… updating the broadband’s bill again and again.
There router is still in my care. At our shop. I want them to send a person to collect it up.
Requesting to please look into the matter.
