I have applied for a wifi connection on Thursday. 13th July 2020. My payment for 3 months was collected the very next day 14th and documentation has been done. I was told the installation would happen the samehsame day. Its been 5 days and there is no progress to my request. 2 connection executives visited but could not proceed due to absence of some equipment. I’m just being passed on to people and the customer care number doesn’t get ke through to an agent. I’ve visited the store, still nothing. My work from home situation is immensely affected due to Airtel inefficiency. I have mobile connection too but zero complaints. Nobody is taking authority and my payment is blocked.
