I have installed Airtel Broadband few days ago with the plan of 10mbps which is valid till November 2023 then after some days i got call from Airtel internet provider that we are increasing your Broadband speed I asked them whether I’ve to pay for it or not.He said you don’t have to pay any charges till 2 months and after 2 months if you want to continue with 40 mbps then only you have to Recharge it else your 10 mbps plan will automatically activated free of cost. So o said ok upgrade my plan.Then for confirmation I have called customer care next day and they said the same thing.
Now day before yesterday i got call from internet service provider telling me that you have to Recharge after 50 or some days if this expires whether you want to use 40 or 10 mbps….I did not call you or request you to upgrade my plan your people only calling me and telling me we’re upgrading for free and now taking charges.
