I took the Airtel xstream Fiber Facility to use wifi(internet facility) in my office situated at Ramnagar, Varanasi, U.P. But from 5 Mar onwards it has not been working correctly. So, I complained (Complaint no. 10147072550) to customer care, they told me that your complaint is raised and they send me the contact details of the service engineer. I contact him, and he gives me assurance to come at 6:00 pm evening but he didn’t come. on 6 Mar, again I contact customer care they told me that the complaint is already resolved, I reopen that complaint again they provide me with another contact number of the service engineer he call me at 6:00 am in the morning and told me to give service and he did”t come. Today on 7 Mar, again I contact customer care then she told me that we are keeping your complaint on priority and resolving the issue as soon as possible again she send me the contact details of the service engineer and he is not picking up my calls.
