Dear Jio Fiber,
I was utterly disappointed with your services on 31/08/2021. It was affected by Internet issues on August 31st 2021 while I was having my exam with ETS Organization for my TOEFL iBT Home Based Test. My test was cancelled due to these Wi-Fi slow issues.
I have been contacted by ETS TOEFL administration by online, they advised me to provide proof/evidence for Internet Wi-Fi slow issue by Jio Fiber.
I request you to provide the reasons in revert, so that it can help me for my test reschedule by ETS Organization.
