Text of Complaint by Rockybul Phawa:

I already recharge 300 and it has been 7 day, still I haven’t received my refund yet why are you not taking seriously you wasted our time on top the customer service is useless they don’t respond quickly you just take people money without give them some people play because they don’t have job it hard for them to make money but you all don’t take the complaint seriously.
