Hi,
I’m using Vi sim regularly.
On 21 February 2021 1.03pm I received message of company that I been charged for accessing pre embedded games worth 25/- Rupees.
I had talktime of 33.37 Rupees. I never play any fantasy or online gambling games than how I charged for 25 Rupees?
I complaint again Vi company for this unnecessary charge.
Now I’ve only 8.37 Rupees talktime.
Why company charged me 25 Rupees?
I urge consumer complaints court for this case to inquiry against Vi company to debit 25 Rupees from customer’s account

I have been charged ₹25 and ₹15 for pre embedded games which I have never played. I request you to please revert my money back or else we will move towards legal matters
