This is really surprising tata sky is fooling customers openly and no one is able to do anything

Normally i recharge my tata sky at night every bloody time it accepts recharge and when i see my connection is not active even after recharge and i call customer care those puppets say like parrots system under maintainance , if system is under maintanance why the hell it accepts recharge, if money is coming they are ok with it if service is to be given they see minutes,

And being so called prifessional company are they not liable to put a flash on the screen regarding there system downtime so that cuatomer is aware,

There system is totally designed to play with the customer and they are rotating funds within that time to maintain there books,

Really need to get rid of there filthy system.
