Hi , I purchased a Samsung phone by Samsung finance so every month I paid loan without fial but on January month I had deposited on January 5 6:30 so that there didn’t take the amount instead of that there charge me 500rs for late payments and after 2 days my phone as been locked, i called customer care and I paid loan amount. But now February 5th is due date but I already deposited on 31st January ,so that February 5th they taken the loan amount .but now they asking to pay 476 rs because they charging late pay on January. Now I am asking why I want pay two times to late pay that I only pay 2 hour late.
