I spent valuable years at this company, only to realize that I gained nothing but frustration and a complete lack of professional growth. The time I lost here could have been spent developing my skills and advancing my career, but instead, I was left with nothing to show for it.
What’s worse, the work environment was toxic. Instead of constructive feedback, all I received was abuse. It wasn’t just from peers; it came from seniors as well. They would insult and belittle junior staff, making the workplace feel like a constant battlefield. Sadly, the management never took any action to address this behavior. They turned a blind eye, letting the culture of abuse fester and thrive.
If you’re considering joining this company, I strongly advise against it. Not only will you waste precious time and energy, but you’ll also lose your self-respect in the process. The lack of support, respect, and professional development will make you question your worth.
Think twice before making a decision you may regret.
