I have enrolled my daughter for piano classes through Whitehat Jr. I paid the full fees through No cost EMI. After about a year due to some reasons i I decided to cancel the classes that were remaining. I was promised that I will get refund of the remaining classes that I paid for. I cancelled the classes on March 31st 2023, and they promised that they will refund the amount in 20-25 working days. It’s been almost a month now and I have not received a refund yet. I have followed up with them multiple times but no one is responding the mails. I have requested call backs and haven’t received a single call back till date. They are a fraud. Please help me in getting my money back.
