We have enrolled our son(Manan Bhatt) for Coding classes from November 2023. One of there representatives Chintan Shah informed details about the classes and teacher, schedule and all. Below are the high level complaints
1. Teachers are frequently been changing.
2. Class schedule is been changed without our consent and takes lot of time to get back to original schedule.
3. Teachers attitude is rude and scold my son for poor internet connectivity. one of the teacher mentioned that the earlier teacher should have explained the concept and she will not do it.
4. My son has lost interest due to all this and due to issues above, we askd for refund. Support desk denied refund and asked to opt for another classes.
5. Support Desk are not replying to email. It has been more than 3-4 reminders and multiple weeks since they replied.
6. Complaint redressal on the site website does not work.. OTP is not received on registered mobile, hence complaint is never been filed.
Please help resolving this issue and get refund
