Dear Sir,
I am writing to you as I am not getting any response from your Whitehatjr support team since the past one month regarding refund of balance amount as per “No question asked” refund policy terms and conditions stated at the time of enrollment in the whitehat Jr coding course.
My son Riddhiman Paul is not able to follow the Whitehatjr coding course and he has lost interest and doesn’t want to do the course anymore. He has conveyed his disinterest to pursue this course several times in the past few months. We tried to convince him so many times and made him to attend the classes but after doing one or two classes he becomes very angry on us for making him do the classes. He doesn’t want to attend any further class and he is not all interested to do this course any further.
We have tried our best to convience him to do the course but he is not at all interested in this course any further.
Hence, we have conveyed and written to Whitehat Jr to kindly refund the balance amount as soon as possible as per the ‘No question asked refund policy’ terms and conditions of the course stated at the time of enrollment in the course.
But Whitehat Jr is neither responding to our mails not they are taking any phone calls.
Request consumer court to help us get the entire balance amount since March’2024.
