I have enrolled my son for guitar classes through Whitehat Jr. I paid the whole amount in a lump sum to avoid hassle. After about an year in which my son still hasn’t learnt playing guitar completely, I decided to cancel the classes that were remaining. I was promised that I will get refund of the remaining classes that I paid for. I cancelled the classes on March 21st 2023, and they promised that they will refund the amount in 10-12 working days, while their policy says that it takes 7-10 working days to refund the amount. It’s been almost a month now and I have not received a refund yet. I have followed up with them multiple times and everytime they give me another timeline. I have requested call backs and haven’t received a single call back till date. They are a fraud. Please help me in getting my money back.
