I had subscribed to guitar classes for my son Tanush patiyal, total amount paid was Rs 72,000 for 144 classes. As per company policy you can cancel the course anytime and get refund of balance classes within 4-5 working days. I had raised request on 25 Mar 23 got confirmation that Rs 40500/ for balance 81 class will be credited and I was told to share account details. Till date after numerous correspondence and calls, NO REFUND GIVEN. Today also I had chat with team #30849520, 30849580 reference Id
Also when you call student Counceller, her response is pathetic. She is only busy with her concern to sell more classes to students no other connect with students or their performance
Request your personal indulgence to resolve the long pending request. It has been bad experience with ur team, now they are making it worst
The same thing i am facing. They are not refunding the money. Everyday i send mails but they stopped responding.
