I am having a trying time getting my refund from whitehat junior. they do not respect the indemnity clause signed at the onset of the contract for online coding classes for my 10yr old. It has been more than10 days,despite repeated follow ups over emails to their refunds team and customer care departments, they have not responded. Instead they arranged someone senior from their customers delight team to callup to enquire and in turn convince us to continue the classes.
I am seeking escalation points to challenge their no questions asked 24hr refund policy.
