I have taken the whitehat music and coding course for my son in November( two loan was taken by whitehat from my bank for the courses) and cancelled it in January after paying the EMIS of the first 2 months. While taking the course I was told by their employee that the guitar comes free with the course also that I can cancel the course anytime in between too. So I did so in January due to some reason. And requested for the refund to my bank and closure of the loan account but they refunded
only partial amount and remaining is being debited from my savings account. I checked with my bank and they told me so.Despite multiple emails and calls they are not paying heed and only stretching it saying I have to pay for the guitar too also they are not refunding the remaining amount to my bank and so bank is making me pay the same. Kindly help me get my money from these scammers.
