I Wanted to enroll for White hat jr coding class, but due to some family problem I have informed them for cancellation of the enrolment.
But even though I received intimation for EMI due for the month of March 2023. I have not clicked any link posted to my email id nor selected teacher or attended any online class. Even though intimation for EMI was sent and the EMI for Rs 40000/- was also debited on 04/3/2023.
Thereafter on lots of email follow up, they have refunded only Rs. 1842.11/- instead of full EMI Amount Rs 4000/-.
I want to file the consumer complaint to get my full amount refunded.
